After Effects CC2019 uses a new exressions system, but Video Maker uses an old one. In order to fix the problem you need to open File > Project Settings > Expressions and change ‘JavaScript’ option to ‘Legacy ExtendScript’

I’m having loads of problems with this… Running Adobe AE CC 2019 on Mac, running the latest version (1.3.1). Every time I open After Effects it ALWAYS asks me for my Purchase Code, it’s frustrating to have to re-enter it each time.
Also, it displays an error on launch: “Javascript engine will be changed to ‘Legacy ExtendScript’ because the extension uses an old expressions system”.
And lastly, whenever I double click on a preset, template, or whatever, NOTHING HAPPENS. I’m so frustrated I paid $60 for an extension that doesn’t work and is breaking my workflow.

I, I’ve just purchase that template, install it, but when i double click on an element (for example,template>preset>all purpose), I can see the preset but when i double click on it nothing happened…no window pop up or anything. Can you help me ? thanks

Hi! When did you download and install the extension? It looks like an old bug. The last update was released in 1 November. You need to reinstalled it. they are too many approx 100 text. so it is difficult to remove one by one. do you have a workaround or control layer to disable them all in one click?
No. We haven’t even thought about it. Actually, you are the first customer who is intested in this function. But we’ll try to figure it out in the next update.
That will be of great addition to this tool. Aslo think about another control for mute/unmute the sound of the small clips. In my project after creating the project using temporary music file, i disable the bg music sound and i enable the sound from each small clip. so i get the effects of the video maker while i played the actual clips sound (which is a speech voice).

Hello, I’m using windows, with the latest version of After Effects. The error appears when I create a template after inserting the images.

When I enter my purchase code it just pops up again asking for it again. Also the Video Maker is in a pop up window and does not fit into the layout between the composition window and the right column of options starting with Info then Audio as you show in video one of tutorials. I am using trial version of After Effects 2019 as I wanted to see if your product would work but I can’t get past the registration. It allowed the scripts to write files and network access and also changed to Legacy Extend Script. The purchase code I received is same noted under the support tab.

I purchase this project for an urgent project. And from the start i get an error that says Cant find gallery composition. I am going to request my money back.
