There’s nothing on the screen it’s black… I don’t see the studio like in the tutorial. I bought the plugin, I install it with the default… I have windows 7 …
ok…I found out the problem… I didn’t understood the part where you copy/paste the 2 folder’s item in the C:\...\Documents\VideoCopilot… Yes the video showed it… But it would be nice to highlight that fact…. for futur customer…. Great project, great work! Thank you!

Could you Anbin or ANYONE who knows how, make a NEW video tutorial at normal speed with voice instructions on how to add media to the large screens in this template? If ANYONE would please make a video and upload it to youtube or vimeo, it would be very helpful to all. If anyone does upload a new video tutorial, please respond to this comment with the location. That looked like nevertheless a good template, but finally I do not congratulate you on your videos tutorials, it is really totally botched!! it’s done for CS6 too, but in fact not so sure !

Just bought. Models run in element. Copied files per tutorial. But black screen is all I see. After a few minutes a thumbnail will show up in the project window but I can’t scan etc. And my machine is a beast… hmm.
So disappointed. No response to this comment or the email I sent. This looks so great but crashed after effects every time I open it. I guess I have to investigate the return process.

Bonjours, je viens d’acheté Virtual Studio 103 à 48 Euros taxe inclu, mais ça ne fonctionne pas, j’ai installé adobe after effects CC 2017 et Element 3D, mais ça ne marche toujours pas, s’il vous plait, quand j’execute le projet il ya juste une écran noir qui sort, s’il vous plait aidé moi . merci

I’m Have been dealing with this for over a month now.
I have a i7 4930K 3.40 Processor, upgraded my computer to 64GB RAM, upgraded the video card to a GTX 1080 and purchased Elements 3D V2.2 for over $300.
Installed the APP and assets as described. I can open the Elements 3D environment no problem and I can open the Virtual Studio 103 project.
But, when I do anything like move the play head, launch the environment or click anything then After Effects freezes (Not Responding) and I have to End Task and try again with no avail.
Please HELP!!!

There is no fixed recommended configuration, just make sure your computer can run plug-in E3D and load the built-in model.

Anbin, I purchased Virtual Studio 103 and the Plugin Elements 3D 2.2. I have all the files loaded in their correct places. I have a i7 4930K 3.40 Processor, Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 2GB video card, 44GB Ram with a 515GB SSD hard drive. I can open the project but it takes 5 minutes to get a preview and it takes 10 minutes to open Elements 3D. Any movement of the play head the preview time to load starts all over again, 5 to 10 minutes. Why is this project so slow. My specs met the requirements. I invested a lot of money and want this project to work. Please help Mike
