Pre Sales question , is this include the background video ? seems that is relate for what im actually doing now , or it doesn’t come with the background video just the placeholder only ？

Hey! I just purchased and while I was working on it, I saw that the shoes clip is someone else´s. Is there any problem if I use it? How did you get those clips.

Crashed Adobe After Effects 2018. Spent 3 hours doing work and then the file corrupted. Can’t get AE to open any longer. Completely upset about this purchase and waste of my time!
