Hi, Your 3d models are perfect but we have a problem on the element we would like to add more light in the screen (we add a video inside, and the white of the video is dark like if there wa a layer on it but we can’t modifie it ? let me know how to do it. Thanks

Hi i’ve purchased the pack and it looks amazing i must say.
But now here’s the thing…. I can import the models into my own little element project and see it in the final comp but i can’t see any models in the template you gave me. Whats going on?

Thank you for your fast reply. Do you plan to re-render the project in 4K? One more question. The video subject is a desktop software, so I will use the iMac and MacBook mockups only. How many scenes are included for each type?
This is Element 3D project, all scene is full interacted with 3d space, it isn’t pre-rendered 2d videos. For iMac we included 10 scenes and 10 scenes for macbook.
Maybe next update will be in 4K resolution.

In order to render better shadows, I did it on some Element 3D :
you can click to “Element 3D” layer and change “Render Mode” to “Full Render”, then you can go to Render Settings -> Ambient Occlusion -> SSAO and change SSAO sample to 128 or 256 for better shadow quality.
How can I apply this optimisation on all “Element 3d” at the same time ?

Unfortunately, you need edit every Element 3D effect separate.

Shadows doesn’t work in the full project. I’m using CC 2015, Elements v2.2.2.2155 (bought today), and your template (bought today).
It’s an urgent problem for our agency, so your help would be greatful ^^

Could you please tell me how to adjust “shadows” and things. Please look at the attached screenshot. The shadows seem so speckly that it looks awful. If it was really smooth it wouldn’t look so bad. :/
