I spend the last hour I trying to find a way-out for you but it really doesn’t make any sense! So as a last chance workflow might be to change “what you can”which means: 1. Downgrade from the latest 2.2.2 version to 2.2.0 which is a surely more stable version os E3D 2. Change to a different AE version for example if you are in CC go to CS6.

For your info I use AE CS6 and E3D v 2.2

Hi again, I just made a custom “white device” BUT! The device color consist of :

a. The front color, b. Side color, and c. Back color d. Logo color

Really not sure what exactly you need! if you need all the 45 included scenes this may take some time.

What I am trying to explain is that its not the model the one “carrying”the color information, its the E3D settings found in every scene!

Yes you can change the color presets In order to do that you have to disable the two premade colored devices by by-passing the script controller (easier than it sounds)

As for the “crash issue” I am really sorry but I will give my best to guide you through an avoid crash workflow but I will need your system details first:

1. PC or MAC, 2.Vga Card model, 3. Elemend 3d exact version, 4. a print screen inside the elemend 3d plugin.

Great I am working on a same as described iMac right now !! Chances are you will not have any problems. E3D is REALLY demanding & depending on the vga card.

I’m actually having a problem. As I said before, when I click on the “Setup” button to open the E3D plugin AE crash and I get this error message : http://hpics.li/58ea374

It’s only on your projet because when I open E3D on other projects it is working well.

Can you send me a screen-shot inside (not in the effects window) the E3d effect on the imac? If you cant do that using the Phone X do it with no model.
