Hi Ryan,
Make sure audio is selected in the output module within the render queue. After Effect’s default output module is not set to render audio.

The software you will need is After Effects Cs4 or later, a trial of which you can download for free from the Adobe website. I have included a tutorial within the project files to help show you how to customize the project but if you want we can customize this for you for a small fee. i havebought your aftereffects project as “promote your app or services” and “Abut me”. This are very cool project and i want thank you for this.
But i have little problem, i want to use “about me” for german language so i want ask you can you make me the 3D animations with german words. The animation must stay the same only some words must be changed.
Example: from “Hello” to “Willkommen”, from “& ‘Eye’ am a” to “Bedanken ‘Eye’ für” and some other words..
Can you make me the same 3D animation only with diferent text ? and how much it will be costs?

Unfortunately I am currently in Cambodia and will b travelling SEAsia for the next three months.
The 3D elements within that project are not too easy to customize but if you still want it doing then I can send you a quote for the work when I get back.

Glad you like the file.
I would suggest unchecking the hidden icon on the timeline. That will reveal all the layers used for animation and you can then go about moving elements to where you want them.

I’m glad you like the video. I have tried to make a template which can easily be modified to contain custom text, logos and colour scheme but unfortunately making the entire thing customisable to the point where someone new to the software can add or remove anything would be quite an ask.
I hope you have managed to tweak the video to your own needs and apologies that the template does not contain the customisable elements that you may have wished for in a template.

Thanks for this well thought out video. I rendered it for output in .flv, and the images that i inserted got very blurred. Do you have a remedy for this?

I would first check that the images are in fact high enough res. Do they appear blurred within the After Effects project?
Secondly, don’t render flv from AE. Render a lossless mov and then compress in Adobe Media Encoder (my preferred software for spitting out flvs).

I found this to be an awesome app & James to be a super guy to work with.
He helped me with my customization issues & now I have a great video to show for it.
