Hi mylook, try checking your cache drive, as Macbook Air usually comes with a pretty small harddrive. In that case I recommend using an external drive for caching. But in terms of functionality, we tested OSX and it works without any issues, so as I said, it might be a cache or system misconfiguration issue.

We have 24/7 monitoring on the registration emails, of which 112 emails were sent successfuly in the past 24 hours. This includes registrations, quick starts and invitations. It is likely an issue with misspelled email address, so please do let me know your username on helpdesk, so we can check this for you.

There is no point saying this: “Do not buy this template if you want to start right away” as all emails are sent within 1-5 seconds after registration process and we also have a full customer support in place (three people working full time to solve issues like this etc, but we are UK based company, so as of now, there is a bit of a delay if you send us an email at 3am – we are expanding to other time zones to tackle this issue) In terms of emails we use one of the largest distribution networks to minimize spam and to make sure it gets delivered every time.

I’m sure you will love the actual product, and I am truly sorry that this literall wasted half of your day, but on the flipside, it will take just a few seconds to re-send it to you (as soon as you let me know your helpdesk username on help@integnity.com – please don’t post it here for your privacy)

You can easily mask up to 6 separate objects in different depths + you can put unlimited masked objects into each of these 6 masks. You can also rotate them if needed (buildings, cars etc). It’s pretty versatile

ah I only got one file when I bought and downloaded, called: PhotoMotion.aep

I couldnt find any settings to put the particle system in front or back or position them anywhere. What if I want to put a totally external layer between 2 masks?

You have two options: either use 3 masks and put “Custom image” to mask #2, or use Shy button, which will unhide layers and you will be able to put anything in between. I recommend using the first method. In terms of particles, you would be better off to ask this on the forum where Denis will be able to help you with them
