It has taken me a while to become accustomed to this tool on AE cc in English but after 4 attempts I get an expression error in slide 6 about ADBE blur. I was hoping that the v2 might be available by now since I could really do with the multi mask capacity in my current project. I sent a support ticket but have not heard back yet. Any help would be great. I am not a AE expert but learning fast. Thanks.

Hi overturefx. Because PhotoMotion uses photorealistic projection and not layer based projection, having a 4K resolution would be a complete overkill as you would have to import pictures close to 8000px. Therefore we stick to the HD which gives you crystal clear projection at 1920×1080px.

Hi Tom, This looks great, but is there no video to show the basic interface and example of use before buying? I am just a bit wary of purchasing something I may never use because it is overly complicated. Also I gather from previous posts that tutorials are only available by logging into an account on a web site, are these downloadable? I ask because I like to have tutorials with my software and not have to keep going online whenever I need to refer to instructions on what I am doing.

We have both written and video tutorials on forum, as I explained earlier, mainly because of constant revisions, ability for customers to suggest new updates, help each other on the forums etc. Update 2.0 is around the corner, so we might put those written ones to PDF or similar, but can’t promise this as all of us are dead busy with the update.

Can’t understand your reply – I tried to access the video from the Documentation HTML file supplied in the package. All other videos except this one are OK. (BTW, the noisy soundtrack of the presentation video is dangerous, watching it with earphones on could damage peoples hearing!).

Sure! It’s a toolkit, so you can use it for website, facebook etc (providing all those are for your personal use an you are not charging customers for that, in which case you will need an extended license)

I’m pretty sure you don’t have to buy a separate license for every project (webpage, facebook, youtube etc.), providing they are all for you and you are not charging anyone for it.

i must say the product is great, but the way the documentation surrounding the product is stupid. i first had to click on a link inside the folders, then join a site I didn’t want to join, then now it wants a receipt number just access the documentation. i have bought it on this site, so the documentation should be packaged with the product. the product will have to be pretty good for me to buy another product from Integnity. A great product has been let down by the paranoia of the designers.
as you can see i have purchased this product, and even after reluctantly joining your website, your site can not verify my purchase number. lets see how long it takes for someone to answer this problem for me so i can get on with my work…

you have to look at it from the customer experience perspective – if we pack all video tutorials with the product (which we cannot, read why below), that would be far less beneficial for you in the end as you would have very limited ways of contacting us or discussing about the product with other PhotoMotion users. This way, you can communicate with all of us directly on our forum, where we have our staff ready to respond, as well as users help each other out. Verification is there for the same reason – to allow us to dedicate our customer support team to people who have the valid purchase code and provide them with light-speed customer support. This is a standard practice on Envato marketplaces such as Themeforest, Codecanyon etc. Another reason is the file size restriction on Videohive – it would be highly impractical packing all those video tutorials with the product due to 3GB file-size restriction we can upload to Videohive. Keep in mind – you only need to register once to get support for all our products, so if you change your mind, and buy something from us in the future, you will be able to log in to our helpdesk with your current credentials and will not need to go through the process again.
