Hi, I have your “Responsive Design” explainer video and just love it! I would like to get this SEO explainer as well but have a pre-sales question. I notice that the logo placement on this video is in a rather small circle. I had no problem with my logo on your other video, but I’m worried about fitting a rectangular logo into a circular area. Is there an easy alternative to the circle, or a work around?

no worries, the circle is actually big enough…haven’t anybody complaining even though most of the logos are actually rectangular. You can always add your logo to the very last slide with the URL address. So you have HUGE space to present it to the viewer right before the video ends

basically you got 2 options:
1) You can customize the project by yourself, but you need Adobe After Effects. You can also download free 30-day trial: https://creative.adobe.com/products/download/aftereffects BTW I had many buyers working with After Effects for the very first time and they were able to make it.
2) I can customize and render it for you with your logo, address and stuff …but this is a paid service. Please contact me directly using the form on my profile page if you need more info about this service.

Please install it to your operating system. That basically means: unzip it and double click it, the rest should happen automatically. After that, start AE again.
Ok I have done that, and the fonts are on my OS however when I open up the SEO-Explainer (CS5).aep I receive these 2 error messages -
First error message: The following layer dependencies are missing: Text Layer: Font family: “Lato”, Font style “Black” Text Layer: Font family: “Lato”, Font style “Bold” Text Layer: Font family: “Lato”, Font style “Light”
Second error message: 10 files are missing
Also when following your instructions.pdf I have imported my logo which is now in the CUSTOMIZATION folder then I double click “1-Your Logo” to open it but it just shows a blank screen and not a red circle like it says in the instructions?
Hi again! 1) Fonts are not properly installed to your system. Please try again. 2) Missing files: before you start customizing the project, unzip everything into one folder and then start the project from this new location. In other case, After Effects cannot locate the source files. You’re probably opening the project right from the ZIP archive. 3) Now you need to drag and drop your logo from the CUSTOMIZATION folder right inside that blank composition (“1-Your Logo”) and center it to fit that red circle.
