Hello MotionRevolver, I don’t see a ” Election Datasheets” folder that has .csv or.xls file. would love to make changing the numbers of the ticker easier

Hello, any update on your google sheet / google finance package for the stock market finance package? That’s the one i want and will have to wait for .. is it out yet ? any eta? :)

Hi Pedro,

Use the included .csv or .xls files found inside of the “Election Datasheets” older. They can be uploaded and imported directly to Google Sheets, or used in Microsoft Excell or Apple Numbers.

I hope this helps!

I am assuming ticker information of prices have to be typed manually or… do they generate automatically. If not, what api or source would you say generates stock tickers automatically?

This version requires manual price insertion.

BUT – we just literally began development of a new stock trading project this week which will be built on the free Google Finance interface, and will include a version that allows for dynamic and automatic price input from a Google Sheet.

I realize this doesn’t solve your immediate issue, but in a few months we’ll have a much improved project available.

Thanks for your question.

Quick question. For the side panels, I want the panels to animate on to screen and then not animate off for the duration of the time of my segment. Might be 10 mins or more. Is there a way to do that?

Thanks for your purchase!

There are several ways to extend the duration of a composition. The easiest for your situation, since you need extremely long durations such as 10 minutes, might be to place a Time Remapping effect on the composition layer that you’d like to extend.

Using the Time Remapping effect will generate 2 keyframes – one keyframe at the very beginning of the comp layer, and one keyframe at the very end of the comp layer.

Place your playhead at the point just before the graphic animates of the screen, and click the stopwatch icon in the Time Remapping attribute to create a new keyframe. Then, delete the last keyframe on the layer, and move the NEW keyframe you just created to the very end of your 10-minute timeline. Don’t forget to extend the endpoint of the layer to the end of your timeline as well, or the graphic will cut off.

For additional help on using Time Remapping in After Effects, please see this link.

I hope this helps!

Hi. Can you customize it to work with OBS?

The project file itself is only compatible with Adobe After Effects, but the graphics can be rendered without any data, and then imported into OBS for text placement. However, you’d obviously need to place all text manually.

Let us know if you have any additional questions!

Best Regards,

Yes, but I don’t have After Effects… Thats why I am asking. Many parts to work correctly must have a chroma key too. Basically is some texts removal and apply chroma key in other parts.

I’m afraid there’s no way around not using After Effects. Videohive doesn’t have a category for OBS.

when downloading starts, “file not found” and stop downloading. I am the only one who has this problem?

I get a “file not found” error when it is 1.12 GB. Could you please send me a special link?

Thanks for your purchase, and sorry to hear you’re having trouble downloading the file. Please email me directly for a temporary download link to the ZIP file, as I cannot post one within the public comments section.

Awesome work

The Footage: Wall Street Footage link is broken. Can you point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Thanks for your purchase and for bringing this to our attention! The link is now fixed, and all assets used to create the preview can now be found here.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Best Regards,

Could this be adapted to use for a sports show? like Sky Sports News?

Hi Lester,

The entire project is 100% customizable, and all of the text can be edited to be anything you wish, so technically, if you changed the stock market look of the backgrounds to something more sports related, this template surely could work as a great-looking sports template!

Thanks for your question!
