Hi Miko. So i bought this Opener. i opened it with my mac and its saying two effect are missing. 1. Particular 2. starglow. How can i install them so that i can use this template?

i opened the “unique_particles_titles.aep” project. after loading, it gives an error message saying “two effect are missing. the particular and the starglow”, and without those two it’s only the cloud background left.
Ok, and did You read description of this project? One more question, do You have this project from videohive market or from Envato Elements?

Of Course i do have the project. if i dont i wont be able to see or open the project, and yes i read the description in the folder that’s where i got how to contact you.
wcimedia, but I asked where you got my project from, because I can’t see you buying it here as you wrote. So the second option is Envato Elements, but you don’t buy projects there, you buy a subscription. There are different rules out there, as you may know. And my first question was, did you read the project description before you “bought” it? Everything is explained there.

Yes its a subscription from element. and yes i just went through the description again i see where the issue is now. so how do i go about the plugin?

Hi, I am a student in South Korea. Thank you for the wonderful project. I downloaded this in envato elements, and I try to insert the my logo and text but the particle does not apply to the mask. All other particles apply well (TRAILS, FLOOR etc..), but not to mask layers. I don’t know what the problem is. Of course I have Trapcode plug-in. Can you help me?
Hi, I’m so glad you like my project Thanks! However, I do not see that you have purchased it? If you have it via envato elements then you probably know there is no author support option there? By purchasing a subscription to Envato Elements it is clearly stated that the projects there are not supported by the authors. Envato did not give us the authors a physical opportunity to support Envato Elements customers … If I have some free time, I will try to help you, so write me a private message on this matter.
