Hi, thank you for your message.This is due to the Element 3D V2 plugin. Do you have this installed on your system? This template uses this plugin to generate the 3D titles. You should be able to acquire this from Videocopilot.net
I can’t seem to get any program to open the lens flares. AE, Premiere, Handbrake – all say that the compression type is not supported. Any ideas?
Hi, all the footage and effects should open in After Effects with the project when you load it up. They are in an image sequence format.
By any chance are you using an old version of the toolkit? In 2018 we had updated all the footage as there was a problem with newer After Effects compatibility. If so simply download a fresh version and all should be good.

My friend bought this and it keeps telling him he is missing the Element plugin and the 3D titles dont seem to work. We are newbs to using After Effects. Can you explain why and what we may be doing wrong? The titles “letters” never seem to show up at all.

We have looked through everything and cannot find it. He purchased it over a year ago and has zero idea what his user name or password is nor even the email he used which is why im on my account. Took me 20 minutes just to login to it due to the overwhelming password requirements its no wonder that login information was forgotten. I know how to relink other things but cannot for the life of me figure out how to relink a element and what it would even be linked to. Can you please help us?
