I need your help please:
1. When I load “titles” and/or “call-outs”, I only see a black screen. The .mov previews are linked and displayed correctly.
2. The “Sound FX” folder is missing in the ZIP file.
3. I can also not find the “Target Zoom” – Where can it be found?
I have downloaded the ZIP file again and reinstalled but with no luck. I have also tried installing on 2 computers – same problem.
Also the linked .png images in a previous comment cannot be displayed.
I have a feeling that the wrong ZIP file is linked to the download.
However the 25fps Transitions are included in the package – many thanks for that.
I should mention that I am using the latest DaVinci Resolve version “DaVinci_Resolve_Studio_17.0b9_Windows” and I followed your instruction videos.

Hello. 1.We just tested the titles and callouts in Resolve 17 b9 on another PC and it worked fine. Are you sure you followed the tutorial? If are you still having the problem please contact us via contact form https://videohive.net/user/nitrozme. 2.You are right, the Sound FX zip was missing. We updated the archive, you can redownload it now. 3.The “Crosshair” in target zoom preview is displayed just for better visualisation. You can see how target zoom works in the provided video tutorial. Thank you.
Thanks for the fast reply and the FX sounds 
The Crosshair effect shown in your preview is what I really wanted and they make all the difference. I thought that these were part of your package because you demonstrated them. Can you add the Crosshairs or at least give me an example of how to implement them in Fusion?
Otherwise I will test the Titles and Call-Outs again and contact you via your contact form.

Ah I understood what you mean. We will add crosshair animation in next update. I will personally inform you when it’s launched.

I found the problem concerning your “titles” and “call-outs” and I am writing it here so others who have the same problem know the solution:
The fonts that you use in your titles are not available on my computer. The result was just a large black box.
I just went into fusion and changed the fonts. I suggest that you use a universal font such as Ariel which should be available on all computers. The user can always change to another font later.

Hi, I work mostly at 25p. Why aren’t there 25p transitions?

just bought this and has 6 folders that says “seamless folders” but they are the same transitions. This isn’t 1400 transitions. I am going to ask for a refund as all the folders are just the same thing. False advertisement, unless I am missing something. Already downloaded the latest files

Hello. You can use 24fps transitions in your case. The framerate doesnt have to exactly match, but preferred to be as close as possible. We will release the 25fps and 120fps versions in the next update within a couple of weeks.
