only ae cs5.5 and above

I just bought this pack and trying to apply them onto my video using after effect while following the tutorial video and somehow the transition starts with a complete black screen before the transition. what am i doing wrong?.

Also my composition on premier pro is 3840×2160 29.97 fps which is transferred over to After effects, but the transitions are 1920×1080 25.00 fps. is it okay to leave the transition at 1920×1080 or should i convert them to 3840×2160. Thanks.

Before transition it’s not black. It’s alpha channel. Convert to 4K…just try it but I can’t promise that will be right working

Im sorry, im really super new at this, but how can i remove or hide the alpha channel when i export the video? i dont wanna see it before the transitions.

I need my first and second video to blend together with the transition without showing the alpha channel like you have it on the sample videos before i bought the transitions,

Just use transition between your first and second video. And your first video will transforming to second video

Do you have a AE file, one file and one composition that has all 70 transitions laid out? SO for example, one person can go into it and drop picture files, you know, to make using the project template easier? Thanks
