I am running into the exact same problem. I just purchased this template and the page says that it is compatible with AE CC 2018. When I tried to open the file I got the message: “The file you are attempting to open was created with After Effects version 16.0 (Windows 64) and can not be opened with this version. ” Is it possibly to get a 2018 version?

Cc 2018 Old version update. Or cc 2019 install. 100% work
I cannot install 2019 as my system is locked down and I don’t have control over updates. Can you export and send me a 2018 version?

Everything worked great with that version. Thanks! But I don’t have audio for the sound effects. On this page it has a link for sound effects that goes to a mega.nz share but you need a decryption key for the file
