Why is the tutorial video in such an odd file type? None of my programs can open it.

You drop down the composition not the single letter, check again the tutorial.
can the scrabble pieces be swapped out for stones or other pieces of wood? ie image replaced
Thera are real scrabble letters. The wood with the letter is one image.
