Salve Ho aquistato text presets for davinci, solo adesso ho visto che funziona solo con la versione davinci 18, Avendo davinci 19 non riesco installare il vostro software. C è una speranza di un upgrade? Grazie della vostra comprensione W.M.

Is there a solution to the blackscreen problem already?
If you are experiencing a black screen after using a title or a call out, that means you don’t have the required fonts installed. To fix that you can simply change the fonts to the ones you have in the Inspector window. Otherwise, you can download the required fonts using the links in the Help Documentation folder inside the package.
That’s what I thought, too, but the black screen at the end of the animation remains. Apparently, it depends on the length of the clip… it seems like when the clip is too short, there will be a black screen.

Hi, Sorry but this is unusable. I get a black screen every time I change the length of the text clip. Don’t waste your time trying this out or hoping there would be any clue on how to solve it in the documentation.

Good work. To be brilliant, you should be able to add other options to the texts (such as shadow, outlines, blur, opacities …) as is possible when you select “basic title”. On the other hand when we change the duration of the text it sometimes happens that there is a black screen at the end of the duration. It is very annoying (the export of the project is refused).
