Just to follow up on my earlier comment. The description clearly states you need TrapCode Particular, so its my own fault for not reading. It’s even in bold!

As an author who sells I thougtht they would have told you this. I posted the question on the forums, and one of the people from VideoHive answered it it very much detail. Go to the forums and look for my name, you will see his detailed response.

actually, I heard back from one of the owners of Video Hive, and one of the rules is that alll demo videos that an author posts MUST have the Envato” logo incorporated, so what you said is not correct. In your “preview” video, where you show your project, you cannot use your own logo such as “white shade”
An author must use the Envato logo in the preview video.

I tried to render the file in CS5 – without touching anything, not changing it one bit – and it didn’t work. It starts out black, shows the snow on the envato logo for 2 seconds, and goes black again.
Please help.
Hm…very strange! This project works well with CS5 , I checked. Are you sure that you have installed the plugin Trapcode Particular ? But I checked the project on several computers, besides several customers have used this project – everything is working properly. There were no complaints
If you can not make a correct rendering of the project – I will do it for you.
