Bought this expecting to do a nice roadtrip video graphic to show a cross country trip. Unfortunately, this tool is NOT meant for that, and that wasn’t clear in the listing. This kit is only meant to show small areas of one section of google maps. Disappointed that I spent the money on this, when I can’t use it for what I need.
Question, after we get the google maps pictures in the project, how can we have a wider zoomed out image to start and end? I do video tours of large areas and want to show a start and finish line over a couple of miles. Also, can you spin the starting point of the map? Right now the video starts looking in one direction, but I want the map to point the other direction,.
Would like to buy it but taking in mind the comments above it looks like it is not working correctly. Can we have some confirmation?

Hi, as commented by another user, I’m using Google Chrome and getting the first satellite image, but I’m not seeing any blocked pop-ups of the other 2 maps like in your tutorial. How can I get those images from Google Maps? Thanks for your help.

I have a problem downloading the images … it only shows me one instead of 3 images… You can fix that so they download all 3 images

I followed the instructions in the file “help” but do not download the 3 images only 1
i test help file in google chrome and microsoft edge its same problem only download 1 of 3 images.

No, if you advance After Effects user, you can do it manually

What about a commercial use of the map material? For a YouTube video, for a real estate agent, is that possible? Or is it all just for private use?

The Map I want to use is Map 3 and it’s perfect but for one thing. The centre of the “Small_Map” comp is exactly where I want the property marker “Location 2” to be, but Location 2 and the property photo are quite a long way forward from the centre.
Can you please tell me how to keep location 2 and the photo where they are in Map 3, but to bring the map forward so that the centre of the Small_Map matches the location 2 and photo image.
Hopefully that is clear – I’m happy to provide some screenshots of that would help?
