Can I remove the shapes that pop up and also am I able to cut the video in the desired timeframe I’d like?

Hi, You can use images/Videos in the template. Also you can turn down any shapes opacity to “0” if you want to remove it. You can use blade too for cutting directly on the template but if you create a compound clip of the template, then you can cut the compuond clip to seperate some scenes.

I’ve just purchased this FCP creative slideshow. I remember asking about a year ago if I can cut it that way it doesnt showcase 60 images. I tried adding a video and it doest play. Why is that? But it’s advertised that you can add photo/video. If I use the blade tool as you suggested it comes right back on the timeline when I replay the slideshow. This is very confusing.

First create compound clip of the template thenuse blad tool. Will work fine then.

I did exactly that and it still doesn’t work. It’s still showing the rest of the empty slots that I don’t want to be included.

Do you have a tutorial on this? I would like to see if I’m missing any steps.
