It looks like a really good product. The only problem is that there is no tutorial or proper guide that explains what has been done. the little guide provided it's easy to follow but I don't get the results expected when i try to replace something in the placeholder.
my photo/footage it is covered by some weird colored solids that i can't remove.
so i can't use this template as long as I don't receive support.

after dropping video and photo clips into the proper place, color bars are showing blended with my clips. I contacted the author 24 hours ago and no response

I liked the template, and, very important, a very efficient customer service. I had a problem and they solved it in a couple of hours from my first mail.

Theres a lot of missing Areas and Support is very poor. the Folder i downloaded which was V3 was missing images and emailing the authors is not useful.
