I ´ve just buyed the project, but the video files are unsoported or damage. I think they are the pre-rendered optical flares. I would be very thankfull if you can send to me in another format, may be another kind of .mov or mp4, mp2, i don´t know.
The project works perfectly. Video Mov. Keep a folder with the project is not on the desktop.
i don´t know why is not working. I got all the files uncompressed in a folder with the project. May be the that compression of the file .mov is not supported in PC, only in MAC . I try to convert the file but i can´t. Same thing happend with the file in the “balance” project.

When i open the project this is the mesage that apears:

Where is the folder with the project? Which disc? Reply to the email. Do not write here, it turns out is flooding. Update Quick time player!
