The Man who brought a Nation together, is commemorated here in this graceful dolly tracking shot of the statue of this great leader. Situated in London’s South Bank, this commemorative statue of Mr Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela was erected in 1985 – at a time when he was still in prison, and at a time when the British establishment (Thatcherite Government and the Crown) still considered him a terrorist.
How time has proved them wrong.
Shot in time-lapse sequence, the camera graciously tracks down showing the statue and its epigraph, as the scene turns from night till the break of dawn. Unfortunately, the music isn’t included here, but will be soon available as an audiojungle track I am working on.
