hi. we have purchased this package and have problem with opening 04_Coming Up Next Screen Module.aep 013_Next Module_Medium.aep. all others work normally.

Hi. I have purchased this item and I can not open it on a Mac. I get this error message when Im trying to open the file:
After Effects error: The file you are attempting to open was created with After Effects version 10.5 (Windows 64) and cannot be opened with this version.
Any ideas on how I can solve this?
Hi, Thanks for the purchase, Sorry for the inconvinience, This project is done in After Effects Cs 5.5 (10.5) and you can open with adobe cs 5.5 and above versions not below versions like Cs4 and Cs5 version after effects.Please check the description before the purchase,i have clearly mention the compatibility in the description… if you need any help please message me to ” motionphysix@gmail.com.
Thanks a bunch. I will upgrade for sure. I just wasn’t sure if that was compatible with Mac or not. since the error message was referring to windows 64.

Hi, it doesn’t matter mac or windows the file has to open and only the thing is if the project is created with the AE CS 5.5 not open in lower versions like CS4 and CS5.0 …Only CS 5.5 above it will open…
