Technical problems for Element 3D

First of all, you need the Element3D v2.0 or higher version plugin for this project.
The reason for most of the problems is that they use copy versions of the users.

Important note : This plugin not supported the onboard graphic chipset (intel HD Graphics not supported).
Solution : Make sure that your graphics card model is written in the plug-in panel, just like this image. (in Element3D Scene Setup).

This plugin not supported the onboard graphic chipset (intel HD Graphics not supported). On laptop computers, you may need to select the display card instead of “VGA Chipset”. The add-on does not work on these chipsets or may cause various problems. We recommend that your display card is always on full performance in default mode. You can check the settings on the Nvidia control panel for this.

Firstly (For first time opening.); - The project files do not open with a double click.
First, open the after effects, then open the project from within the file menu.
Otherwise, the plugins might not have been installed and you may receive an error.
- Create a new empty project and check that the Element3D is running.

General technical errors : - “Missing plugin error” or “Does not stable work”...
Solution 1: Update the Element3d plugin. If you are using the latest version try using the last previous version. Some versions have a hardware incompatibility problem.
Solution 2: Update or reinstall the video card driver. The graphics card driver must be certified.
Sample for NVidia certified drivers;
Select to “Recommended/Certified” and search your model.

Windows errors: - “Display driver stopped responding and has recovered” error.
Solution : If you are sure that the power unit is working properly,
Update the Mainboard Bios Driver.

If you can see from the preview screen with low sampling, but if you are unable to preview with full sampling…

The graphics card is out of memory.
You try to “low sample settings” for rendering process.
