Yes, you can remove the blur effect on letters comp layer. The easiest is select all the letters [1-22] comp and press Ctrl+Shift+E.

Hi, all animator comp is transparency ready. To remove the glow, you can select all letters (in the animator comp) and remove the fast blur effects. It should remove the glow.
