I don't know what it is about this template, but it runs very slowly, regardless if I'm on the latest edition of Adobe CC or not. I have templates doing way more complex image processing in After Effects that render much faster than this template, which is mainly using shapes and text. There are so many null layers and adjustment layers, just to move in and out a few shapes/text boxes, it seems unnecessary.
