When I open the project and go to Render-3 it gives me an error that says invalid image buffer size (64000×64000). (37 :: 102). This is without me making any changes with no image import. Please help!!!! This looks like a problem for a few maybe update the project file itself for future purchases?

Hi! You need Adobe After Effects to edit this video, because it created in After Effects. You can download After Effects from Adobe website, its free for 30 days, but you must have some basic skills in this software to replace you logo, change colors, add music and export video. Thanks!

I know this is a stupid question, but in order to use your own logo you would have to take it into After Effects to do that, right?

Hi! please try to reduce the resolution of picture which you import. 64000×6400 is very big resolutiuon for After Effects

HI! Purchased and love the effect – but for some reason I have a green “X” on the final video? Seems strange – it does not call for any extra effecct, right?
The “X” shows when the following layers are active:
- lens - logo - palm&sky
More specifically, I can’t use any of the “CC” fx. Do you know if those are available to download anywhere? Thank make any sense?
Hi! Thank you for your purchase! Yes, the project includes CC fx: Lens, Light rays, toner. These effects are integrated by default in recent versions of AE.
