You can insert any audio file in the after effects project and export it out. What seems to be the problem for you? I know that MP3 files often don’t work well in After Effects.

not working. AE error, can’t import mov files. Premeire don’t see them either.

If I used a title that already has been made will it still get that wiggle effect in the text? Title is already in a png file.
Yes! Just make sure you drop your PNG below the “FX Turbulent Overlay” layer or in any composition that is below that layer and you should be fine.
Can you remove the liquid strokes so it’s just the text that’s animated?
Yes you can delete them if you want.

Yes, if you know you’re way to animate on a logo in After Effects.
Just simply add a bunch of the liquid strokes that you like and you can achieve a nice logo reveal. Maybe play around with some Track Matting to get a cool reveal.
