Hello Every time I open it, it says that the .mov cannot be imported. any ideas?

Hye that usually because of your computer doesn’t support .mov, try installing quicktime movie player. Or if you’ve already have it, try to update it..

in Edit composition, for example go to “WHITE EDIT HORIZONTAL” find layer 12 [Logo Coloured], drop down the effects tab under it, and switch off the Shatter effects on it. That should do it.
