Unprofessional user support, i have a very negative experience with them.
It is also quite clear that elements inside scenes do not support 4K resolution.
Picture is simply stretched along with elements, which makes original scene blurry.
Incorrect description of goods, misleading buyer about RESIZABLE product.
Scenes are simply stretched without changing parameters of effects themselves for resolution.
For another example, if you create a 3840x1600 scene, then layers are generally displaced to sides, it is enough to apply DIGITAL BACKGROUND 08.
And this happens with almost all templates inside.
And there is no support for simple looping of effects, there are some dances with a tambourine, shown in 1 of tutorial video, which does not work even with latest version of plugin.
Looping is when effect starts in "timecode 0" and ends with a frame that precedes "frame 0", but developers have problems with this.
Although creators are positioning product as 'Loop'.
I will refrain from purchasing their products in future.
All these details related to product support, and inaccuracies in product descriptions, cause me negative attitude towards them.

1. First, this customer was unhappy about being asked for a purchase code. We usually don't ask for this code, but this buyer left comments on the project, talking about the internals of the project (you can see his posts in the "Comments" category), but his Videohive account did not have the "Purchased" designation. That is, he did not buy the project, but somehow used it. Our first thoughts - he uses a pirated version of the product and we asked him to provide an activation code.
P.S. He then bought this project only to put 1 star and write his angry comment.
2. At the moment, all prerenders have a resolution of 4K (we made an update)
But there are about 40-50 backgrounds with these prerenders (Particles, but not all, Plexus, Neon, some in Abstract and Tunnels categories), all other bg's really work at any resolution, even 16K and the quality does not deteriorate.
3. This customer had some problems with animation looping and background resolution changing after he personally bought this product. But he did not even contact us for a solution and at the same time writes this review. It is obvious that he simply does not want to solve this problem and his goal is to ruin the reputation of our product.
A lot of buyers write to us with different types of problems and we have never refused to help. We always try to do everything as quickly and efficiently as possible.
This is what is called "must have". No bullshit.
User-friendly interface. EVERYTHING is configurable!
Everything works great even in Win7 & After Effects 2019 v16.1.3 (Build 5).
