Quick update: I am using Adobe CC After Effects and there in lies the problem. I downloaded an older (CS5) version of After Effects and everything renders perfectly(?) Just giving a heads up in case anyone else runs into this issue.

Hello! Sorry for the delay. I was in a trip and I just got home. I tested the template in AE CS5.5 and in AE CC 2015 and it works fine. To change the colors in the template I used a simple expression to link the main color control to a Fill FX. There is no extra FX that can cause that horizontal lines. Honestly, I don’t know what to tell you. If you want, I can render the project for you. Please, send me a message if you need help. Regards. Ger.
