When opened in PP, product does not look remotely like what is shown in help video. No idea how to even get started from help documents. Far too vague and incomplete. Please help or refund purchase.

As it happens I received the incorrect help files initially. Contacted the creator and within an hour I received the correct files and it’s working perfectly now. Very pleased
