The Chapel of Senhor da Pedra is located in Miramar Beach, parish of Gulpilhares, municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia district of Porto, in Portugal. It was built on a rock by the sea in 1686. It is believed that the cult originated in the Stone Chapel Lord may have originated from an ancient pagan cult, naturalistic character of the pre-Christian peoples, whose deities were worshiped by nature, was subsequently converted to Christianity.
