Thanks. I have never encountered a render problem. It may be possible to change the video file format and use Adobe Media Encoder to transcode the video format.
I notice that im not the only one having problems with rendering with this project. What solutions did you gave them ? I bought your project as he is still online so I guess problems are solved ?

Hi Fox_vox, could you please let me know how should i change the 3840×2160 to 1280×720 without crop the current text and picture? as currently when i change the main composition to 1280×720 it make the image and text become bigger. Please assist? thank you
You do not change the size of the composition, edit it. You set the size when rendering. If you have any questions – please, contact me via my e-mail. Thank you.
