hi, images and audio files are not included in almost all after effects template in videohive, you can read the description in this project :

Hi, still NOT fixed. This is a very bad service! Is still not usable.

there are are no advanced scripts in the project, however this is a copy past from the universalizer plugin which all the after effects template creators use : “Finito!

Universalized 0 effect references.

Expression that were disabled or didn’t require universalization were skipped.”

which mean both of the projects included are universalized and 0 script require editing, its either problem with your German version of after effects or problem loading the project (please try importing it from a folder path which only use english characters in its name).
