Those clips are from a very old pack of stock SD footage that I’ve had for many years and unfortunately don’t have the license to distribute them. To be honest, I’m not even sure of the source or where they might be able to be purchased, but the files are titled “Eyewire Footage – Breaking News”. I did a quick Google search without any results, so I’m not sure this footage is even being sold anymore.

Videohive might have some decent solutions though, try searching around for similar clips.
