After purchasing this item, how do I get my item?

I’m also having problems with the rendering time. Also, is there an easy way to not have the studio duplicate the news desk image on the monitor behind and then above on the opposite side? It’s just redundant and you would never see that in a real studio. I would like to see a separate composition built for each of those monitor spaces. Is that something you could build and send to me? Otherwise, I’ve just wasted my money on this product.

Hi: Amazing template. I purchased this template few weeks ago and I am unable to use it because the rendering time was taking forever. What can I do to render the template faster? Unfortunately, I am not an advanced user of After Effects. How much will it cost for you to customize the template? If possible, could you please send me the generic studios with no presenters so I can use them for my news broadcast.
