Huge collection of useful FX! Great customer support.

I had some trouble in the beginning, The owner emailed me within 10 minutes trying to get to the bottom of what trouble I was having. I am now on my way using the product, and the features are pretty cool. It is refreshing to see how quickly the owner jumped in to offer help. If you run into snags, help is an email away.

I have bought few other packs but I never received such a quick, amazing and extensive support whenever I had issues. The pack is amazing and it has lifted my game of editing to a new level. I mistakenly purchased Premiere Pro FX instead of CINEPUNCH and wanted a return it back on the same day. PHANTAZMA was understanding enough and refund was processed without issues. After Purchasing CINEPUNCH I couldnt figure out how to use it and if it was an issue with CINEPUNCH or my PC. Although he provides extensive video tutorials how to use them and troubleshoot any issues that might appear, I still asked these questions and PHANTAZMA took a lot of time to explain and support me with it and thankfully everything works now. On the product I can recommend it 100%, but for the customer support, the response and support within few hours after every query, I cannot highly reccomend it enough. Simply outstanding!
