please download the project again with 100% completion…you are the first client telling this issue..may be problem from your side i mean server issues…

please check the properties of your downloaded project…it should be 1.68 GB, if it is less your downloaded zip project, then you are not downloaded full project…

I brought your video template and when I open the fie it has a warning 2 missing effects 1) Optical flares 2) Particular May I know from where I can add this two effects. Thank you
