Very nice template. One question… How do I remove shadow from film strip that falls on the clap board. (right side)

One more issue. I would like to add my own logo where the clap board is. I was able to get this far (see link below) but I want the logo to be full color and not have a gold extrude effect on it. I only want it linked to where old clap board was. How can I do this? I am not an expert at After Effects. Can you please point me to the exact settings I need to change. Thanks.
