The controls are inconsistent. Every call-out has control options in different places, which severely hinders progress.

The callouts are also inconsistent with the layout. I want the same layout to point left and right, instead, I have to use two similar styles, not the same one for both directions.

Ok, I changed my review. I updated it because I figured out how to install the template fonts by myself and the product works well. Thank you. Please include a description of how to troubleshoot font problems for the next new customer.
