Hello, i downloaded the project yesterday, but still unusable so far. I have to deliver the project to the client today. The following is written: After effects (warning): Unspecified drawing error.
What should I do ?
Hi, sorry to hear that. Are you new to after effects? Just isolating the problem, can be after effects error not template. Is the downloaded zip file extracted first? What version of after effects are you using? Perhaps try purging your after effects cache, then restart if you’re using Ae cc 2018 or above.
Thank you for your answer, no I’m not new to After Effect but this is the first time this has happened to me. Yes I tried to purge, but still no possibility of working. My After Effects version is from 2019.

Question 1 – How do i add a transparent png that is not in a photo square (I was able to remove border but also want to remove the square box the image is in so a product can be shown with no background. . Question 2 – How do I hide or remove the second image behind the main image . Thanks
