Help! I keep getting an error when I download the file. 1) fonts (no big deal, I can use others. 2) 3 missing effects- element, form, particular (I think this is messing up the whole project) 3) 16 files are missing since I last saved the project. I do I get the missing files back and download the missing effects????

Hi There, I purchased this and it works superbly well. Thank you. I have recently upgraded my version of After Effects and then went back to a project I was working on with this template but it’s telling me that Particular is missing? I don’t remember having to go and download that like I did with Element 3D. Am I missing something? It doesn’t mention needing it in the listing here. Please can you advise ASAP. Thank you.

hey Metrica its look awesome, can i change your statue with my own logo & how about color ist is changeable or fixed? i wanted to go buy it but there are many comment winch make me confused.
Hello SaydHaque. You can change the statue with your logo, but you need your logo in 3D (.obj format). You can change the color of the material on your own (but it is only easy if your logo is one-colored). So if you want to change the statue you need to know how to work with Element 3D.

Don’t buy this…terrible setup as others have mentioned. You have to manually relink the statue into each scene. Terrible workflow for $38.
Sorry for this inconvenience. But this is how works Element 3D. He needs a path to the 3D model which is used in the project. And for every user this path is different from my. I can’t customise this relink automatically.
Andrew Kramer (The great man! Thank you, Andrew, for everything you did), forbade the use of prerendered files from Element 3D. So I can’t make the project without this plugin.
So this is one way for me, how I can provide users high quality content from Element 3D.
May be you doing smth wrong, because it takes me about 10-15 seconds to relink the model in a composition. You can send me a message via me profile to solve this problem.

Yeah resolved the statue issue. But can you send me the High Poly 3D model of statuette prepared special for this project
