Automatic Drilling and Sawing Machine Pack 2
Calendared aluminum extrusions have been processed through rolling and pressing operations so that they take on a non-lineal curvature. The initial settings for the shape are determined and memorized by FXB and then an original part is used as a template from which to obtain the required cutting path information. The part to be machined is then placed in the clamp and the machining cycle begins. Scrap and chips from the machining cycle fall to the scrap take away belt located beneath the rail and clamping system.
