These are not animated gifs - these are AI must be technical to use these gifs OR must buy another converter or go through 6 years of schooling just to use these. Beware.

You have bought the product in the section "After Effects Project Files", which implies that it is not the final video but file of Adobe After Effects format for editing animation as you wish. Moreover, nowhere specified in the description of the project that it contains animated GIFs or in any way connected with GIF. Using this project you can create a sequence (set of images) any format (including PNG with alpha) and to make a GIF online for free. Also want to note that we always help our clients not only in the project customization issues, but also on issues related to the work in the After Effects program.
Taking into account the above-said we believe that your assessment is not correct and baseless.
