Hi, I just purchased this but maybe it is not compatible with the latest version of AE, the project is a complete mess, there is some weird grid overlay over the whole image, also all scenes starts at the beginning of the sequence and they don’t seem to be animated at all.
I would like a refund. I know how to use AE but I needed a fast solution, I don’t have time to be fixing all these issues.
Hi. Thank you for your purchase. The project contains two separate AE projects. Slideshow and constructor. The slideshow has customized animation. In the constructor, you need to customize the animation yourself. The video tutorials for this project contains all detail how to use it. Are there any updated instructions? I’m a novice and I don’t understand your instructions. I can see you randomly turning knobs and making adjustments but you don’t say what or why you are doing what you are doing?

Hey. Thank you for purchasing my project. There are text comments in the video tutorial. Comments explain actions. Look again. If you are new to After Effects, I cannot teach you how to use the program. Authors are not required to record a lesson with sound. Enough PDF instructions. Sorry, but the authors do not possess the possibility of a refund. Envato is doing this. P.S. You are the first to make such claims.
I’m sorry, but the text comments do not explain anything. I realize that you are not required to teach AE to people who buy your product but I do think that clear instructions are important. I have purchased other AE templates and haven’t had issues – as well as learning from scratch on youtube. Your product look so cool and I was excited to try and use but unfortunately can’t. Also, I got a message that there were 10 missing files – I took a screenshot and sent to Envato. Perhaps a little note that says your project is for a certain kind of buyer. Thanks.
You can get the missing file if you move AE file or assets after unzip. Envato reviewers don’t approve a template for sale if the project has any missing files. Try to unzip the project and to open the file right away without moving it in another place on harddrive. The project contains 4 detailed lessons. Missed points in the description of how to import images, how to twist or drag controllers. But it is very clear and understandable if you know how to work with the program. And note a better way to contact the author via mail directly on author profile.
This looks amazing. Is it possible to change the duration of the individual slides? This is an occuring problem with slideshow templates.
Hi, Itisvincent. Thanks for the interest. Yes, it’s possible. You can use the 3-d constructor to customise all animation parameter. And move up opacity keyframe for adjusting fade out time for each slide. It’s not so fast, and not difficult. I use markers for control in my newest projects, but not in this.
