When I open project in AE I am getting a warning that effect ‘Ramp’ is missing or does not exist. Why did I not get a complete project when I downloaded my purchase?

Great stuff, but unfortunately the tutorial is impossible to follow. Please provide a detailed how-to guide that can be followed by newbies as well. Right now it seems like I wasted my money.

But i have a challenge.yesterday i purchased ur product(50 transitions pack) but my browser is finding it difficult to download it because of connection issues. Well in africa, the connection is not as fast as those in the western world. I normally use 3rd party download managers for downloads,but its prohibited here on this site. Awesome transitions. I want to purchase a license at the earliest. Before I purchase I wanted to confirm that I can use the pack on different computers. Because I might buy a new Mac in a month.
