I’am sorry for that…. you can try other PC to open project .if questions also exsit you should send me your logo or subtitle with psd format.I will help you render it . I’am sure the e-mail zhenjueyimen2010@yahoo.cn used..

its not the computer, but i dont have trapcode particular. Is that a problem?
if you choose prerender file to open,the particular plugin would not be require.could you catch screen to show the problem for me?
I opened the pre-render file. The only thing that shows up is the lens flare. There is no logo when I play back the comp. The help file does not explain this.
It is strange about your description ! I have not heard your problem form other buyer so far. I guess somewhere went wrong in your computer when open it! Is there some inform appear?or try other pc !

I bought this but none of the final comps have anything but the lens flare in them. i dont know what order to add everything.

open it whitch is not require any 3rd plug-in.enjoy it
