I see what you are trying to do. There are several options but you really have to tweak the animation frames. I’m not sure how familiar you are with AE as this requires some custom work. So basically you have to eliminate some of the frames and do some re-positioning. Let me know if you manage to do it. If you have difficulties I would gladly do it for you. Hi there ! 1. Sure it is possible to change the cover of the book just the same way you would change any placeholder. There is an Asset folder that includes “Exterior Cover.png – the black cover , “Interior Page Design.png” etc. I would suggest to copy them into another folder to keep the originals, then from the Asset folder replace these with your own design and save them over. (Keep the exact proportions so you won’t mess up the animation). 2. Yes you can adjust the timing but you have to go into the keyframe setting in the After Effects Composition. This is a little more advanced but it can definitely be done with some fine tweaking. Let me know if you have other questions . Thanks!

Sorry, where you add your own photos (“Add your own media to create this fancy 3d flipping page book. There are 20 pages in total, 43 placeholders (21 for photos and 22 for titles)”) can you add videos instead?
